This listing is for a KEY LIME GROVE villa (Units #11 or #12 or #13 or #14 or #15 or #17 or #19 or #20), at Coco Plum Beach & Tennis Club & Marina. Not a view of the ocean, but only a 3-4-minute walk to the beach, pool & Atlantic Ocean and jacuzzi. We do not specify exact villa number until day of arrival.
We do not allow and motorized water toys on our beach, this includes all Boats and jet skis and anything with a motor.
Great for family and friends, for two couples traveling together or family reunions or corporate getaways, or just a romantic getaway for 2. We are a quiet family style property. No loud music or excessive noise around the common areas (Beach, Pool, Jacuzzi and Tennis court) including the exterior balconies of each villa at any time. The heated pool located directly on the Atlantic Ocean sandy beach. The heated pool (heated December 20 to March 30…other times the Florida Sun keeps it warm naturally) is open 365 days a year. Tennis court and basketball court and request and basketballs provided. Boat docks are available for an extra charge depending on the season and length of stay. (Plenty of boat trailer parking available).
BBQ Grills: We provide 8 BBQ grills along the outside of the driveway. They are available for any guest on a first come first serve basis. No other BBQ grills of any kind are allowed anywhere on the property at any time. Evidence of a BBQ grill on site will be cause for immediate eviction and with no refunds.
Located at mile marker 54.5 in the middle of the Florida Keys. Year around great weather for fishing, diving or just enjoying the great tropical weather.
Most guests book for 7 nights and arrival and departure any day of the week. (Ask about shorter stays (3 to 6 nights) or arrival any day of the week when space available.) This 2-bedroom, 2-bath Vacation home is fully furnished: complete kitchen and dining room; a queen size master bed; a queen bed and a twin size bed in the guestroom; a family room with queen-size sofa-bed; (sleeps a maximum of 6 people). A flat screen TV in each bedroom and a 42-inch TV in the family room. Large screened in balcony with chaise lounges and a table for outdoor dining (Pass thru kitchen window). Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family dinner. We supply toasters and coffee makers and a high-end blender to make those tropical drinks and healthy tropical fruit smoothies. We supply luxury Caphalon Pots and pans with cooking and eating utensils. All you need to do is stop buy the grocery store or a local fresh fish market. The ground floor is the utility room with a washer and dryer and storage area. A set of exterior stairs brings you up to enter the main entrance door to the villa on the first floor (dining room, kitchen and screened in balcony), there is an interior spiral staircase the brings you to the second floor (living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wet bar). We do not have any elevators on the property.
The keys local fishes are some of the best tasting fish in the world. Don’t forget the lobster or the stone crabs if they are in season. Swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center only 4 miles away.
The property is located directly on the beachfront of Atlantic Ocean. The front 4 units are considered “Beach Front” units (most expensive). The next 6 units are “Palm Court” villas (a little less expensive). The next 8 units are “Key Lime Grove” villas (best value) and the last 2 units “Tropical Island" villas (least expensive) are overlooking the tennis court and are only a 4-5-minute walk to the beach and pool area. All units are identical inside. First floor is only a utility room with your private W&D. The second floor is accessed by stairs to the Kitchen, Dining room and balcony. The bedroom floor is accessed by spiral staircase in the dining room and has both bathrooms and two full bedrooms, family room and wet bar with card table.
